Ensuring high quality is a key point for PET Power in its operations. This applies to its own organisation, the service and the products. Nothing may detract from the quality. Nevertheless, markets are in flux, regulatory authorities change the regulations, and technology does not stand still. This means that a company like PET Power constantly has to ensure high quality and improve it where possible. This has to happen in all sections.

For this reason, PET Power inculcates quality consciousness intensively into its staff. Along with suppliers, they have to work to improve the integral quality. In this connection, audits by customers are welcome, as they assist in taking the existing quality system to a higher level.
The quality system is based on the ISO 9001 standard. The system complies with regulations in accordance with cGMP, HACCP and legislation from local and European authorities.
In practice
A number of steps have been built into the production process itself intended to guarantee a high standard of quality in the end product. For example:

testing bottles and jars for leakage immediately following production

testing the end product according to important criteria, like weight, wall thickness and wall division, colour fidelity, filling level and volume.
A product may be sent out to the customer only if the results of the tests are satisfactory. Only the independent quality department may decide on release.
PET Power will provide a Certificate of Conformity on request. The customer may attend testing if so required and inspect the documentation on the testing methods. Quality Assurance department members are available to answer specific questions. Questions to info[at]petpower.eu are also welcome.
Quality: more than a good product
Not only the product, but also the service must be top rate. PET Power aims to respond to the customer in the appropriate way and to fill the order correctly from order confirmation right up to delivery and invoicing. The content of all advice and information must be correct and complete.
Information on research
Customers often have questions regarding supplementary services in the area of research. For example, they need information on all kinds of tests, such as on the stability of the packaging and contents, on leakage and closure of the packaging, on migration, on the analysis of the raw materials, on UV permeability and on contamination and/or sterility. There is a broad spectrum of possibilities. This information is available to customers on request. |
